5 gallon Semi Automatic PET Bottle Blowing Machine is designed for the production of large plastic containers, including PET 5-gallon pure water barrels, beer barrels, aquaculture floating barrels, etc. The machine adopts a pre-blowing function, which helps to make the wall thickness of the final bottle more uniform, and adds a pre-molding reheating device for the preform, which is more helpfil to produce barrels with a gram weight of more than 5 gallons.

Why do bottle blowing machines need pre-blowing?

1. Pre-blowing plays a vital role in bottle blowing machines. It mainly serves to ensure that the preform material and the stretching rod maintain a certain distance and avoid contact, so as to ensure that the bottle can be properly stretched and formed as expected. ‌

2. The pre-blowing process helps the preform material separate from the stretching rod during the stretching process by adjusting the appropriate pressure and time settings to avoid material cooling and adhesion problems caused by contact. This ensures that the bottle wall material can achieve the expected material distribution and correct stretching in the height direction without premature contact with the inner wall of the mold.
