3240 epoxy board (our company calls it 3240-A or Grade A epoxy board) generally has A B-level temperature resistance. It has higher mechanical properties and strength below the normal temperature of 130 degrees, and its electrical performance is relatively stable in the dry and wet state. It is used in the parts of insulating structure in high and low voltage electrical, electronic and other industries, and belongs to the middle product in the field of insulating board.
