SPC Stone Plastic Composite Flooring

SPC stone plastic composite flooring is comprised of below composition:

1. Wear Layer: Just the same with traditional vinyl floors,  the wear layer on the top is just like your bodyguard; it protects your floor from daily scratches abrasion, etc. The thicker the wear layer is, the stronger your bodyguard is. SPC stone plastic composit flooring is known for having a buff, beefy wear layer offering more protection.

2.Printed decor film: This is how the flooring gets gorgeous appearance that makes the vinyl look (nearly) identical to natural wood and stone. Usually, SPC stone plastic composite flooring is probably the highest quality vinyl you could find in the market. It means you get the most realistic looks that people will confusing them from real wood/stone.

3. SPC Core: This is the key compostion! SPC stone plastic composite flooring contains a solid, waterproof stone plastic composite core. It won’t swell, ripple, or peel off in any damp circumstances even under water. This core is ultra-dense with no foaming agents like you’ll find in traditional WPC flooring.  

4. Locking System: The profile of the floor is designed to interlock from plank to plank, makes the installation much easier than other types of floors

5. Cushion backing Layer: Normally it is made by material of IXPE or EVA, it helps the flooring with much more comfortable to walk on and helps to absorb noise as well.
